My wife, the Google AdSense clicker...

0 comments suggest edit

If you read my blog in an aggregator, you probably haven’t noticed the little advertisements at the top of the page. These ads are served from Google as part of their AdSense program and require a bit of javascript to display (hence they do not show up in individual blog postings as I intended).

I put them there mainly as a whim since a) It’s free and b) someday when I’m destitute but read by millions, these ads will put food on the table. Admittedly, I am not giving up my day job banking that “b” will happen. However, my wife just informed me that she just noticed the ads them and has been clicking on them all day. :D I let her know that Google probably tracks cookies so that clicking on them repeatedly won’t make us rich, but I appreciate the intent. She’s always looking out for me. A truly lovely person.

You can falsify adsence clicks for big returns using the following method:

-Get a BIG list of Port 80 Web Proxies say 10,000

-Download a FREE copy of AUTOIT windows automation software.

    - Write a windows macro which refreshes your page with the ads on it, then clicks on all ad links and then opens the IE connections properties selects the next proxy server and then enters it in the connection settings. Make sure you set the macro to delet cookies and then re run the whole process cycling through all proxies on auto.

P>S> Someone made a tremendous ammount of money using a lesser developed technique and then few months later made it into a nice comfortable prison cell courtesy of googles lawyers. SO DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE.

Someone mentioned that it's tracked via IP address only. I'd say, cookies are a pretty powerful tool and why wouldn't they be used? IP addresses change on a daily basis, so most likely the cookie would be the only remaining piece of info still in tact to distinguish a repeat clicker. In addition user agents, screen resolutions, operating systems, tracebacks for ISP info, particular routers that visitor might be comming through, GEOIP information. All of these technique provide for a very strong click/visitor tracking detection.

My advise: Just make a better site. Learn some search engine marketing techniques, and stay away from something that could put you in prison over BS.

But aren't cookies stored on the surfer's computer? They can just simply delete the cookies stored and try again.

Not everyone's ip changes on a daily basis they dont track it that deep if your clicks jump more than about 10% in one day then they will stop paying you. They did it to my site when I started an advertising campaign Http://

I usually receive my check via special delivery since google makes a big deal out of it when you generate 5 figures per month with adsense... The crazy thing is that it's really simple to do and you don't have to cheat.

I can't believe people are still out there that don't use adsense.... its just crazy.

Google adsense is great for sites that dont make any money selling products or services. I started using google adsense a couple years ago and its been helping my non income sites out greatly.

    Hi Guys,

Maybe one of you can help me out here..

I've added some google ads on my website and the first couple of days it was generating about $50,- each day.. After that the payout dropped dramaticly.. I have the same ammount of visitors, clicks and practicly the same links but I now have an average of 0.40,- per 1000 impressions..

Wich is very low I think.. I also tried getting very high paid keywords on my site. I made a database of all high paid words and added them on a seperate page. But even those clicks seems to be worth only 0,2 ct (still online on

I've read a lot about guys earning 10 to 100 dollars for one click and would like to know how.. If someone can help me with this I'm willing to offer free google ad impressions on my page wich currently has 50.000 daily unique visitors. Let me know if you cen help me (

    Kindest Regards,

Hey, I see web hosting services and placed google adsense ads to my website, now I generate about $30.00 a day. Not sure if it is worth it, or if I could have had those visitors who clicked at my google ads actually purchase my web hosting services instead of going to my competitors sites through adsense. (hmm, its either a quick $35.00 per month, or a nice $29.95 subscription payment from a new web hosting customers for my business)

Google Tracks Your Clicks Pretty Much Every Way you can think of, Cookies, they record everything about every person who clicks an ad (EX, What Browser, IP Address, What OS, What was the Last Website Visited Etc) and they review it on Pay Out, im pretty sure that if you email the Adsense Staff, Tell Them How Many Clicks You Received that day (or apx how many your wife clicked), they should be able to had a flag on the account, and delete the income she granted. How Ever if you violate the Google TOS again, (which you proably wont, but your not suppose to tell ppl to click your ads, for all those who left comments), then you should be good.
    Thanks IT Officer Lovell

    your wife is cute :D
btw, google probably tracks every click's mac address, and getting yourself a differet mac address means buying a new ethernet card for $10-20 :D.
Unless you have that $100 per click ad.

At the time, I didn't make any money off the clicks. As far as Google is concerned, they all came from the same IP that I set up the account with, so they probably knew not to credit those clicks.
