Hell, mine still isn't working (the current email system relies on CDO stuff that just refuses to install on my server). I wouldn't mind switching over to SubText now, I guess....
I also added an email provider that doesn't rely on CDO. It just uses SMTP. You should try that first. If that doesn't work, you can disable email and have comments routed to the feedback list.
Not the native .Net SMTP? 'Cuz that's just a poorly written CDO wrapper anyway.
Yeah, I gotta locate 45 seconds of time to put back into Subtext. Since I'm getting some remote scripting excercises at work, I've got some ideas that are going to bug the crap out of me until I can finagle them in somehow (all admin stuff).
Exactly, there are two email providers. One that uses the built in .NET Mail component (the wrapper to CDO) and one that doesn't use it, but goes to SMTP directly.
