What would you expect. They probably want you to drop the money to buy a new console rather then run it on your pc.

Gaming systems supposedly sell at a loss. Those requirements are a joke though, they must have ported it very inefficiently. I didn't think that game was graphic intense. You'd think the high requirements would limit sales ya know?
