My First CodeProject Article

Finally I've gotten around to contributing an article to the Code Project community. Writing articles and whatnot has always been on my //TODO: list, but until now, I've only had articles published on my blog (not counting the RSS Bandit user documentation)

Surprise of surprises, the article I submitted is about a configuration section handler. Basically the same thing I posted here. Code Project is fine with that as long as I'm the copyright holder of the article.

Ok, so that's two technical posts in a row, time to write something non-geek... Think! Think!

Welcome to CodeProject, you article is very nice and might even be using it in MbUnit :):)

Be aware, that CodeProject has gotten so big that it has become very noisy: lots of crap article tend to lower it's value (Although Chirs and his team has putten up the "purgatory").

In fact, if your article stays on the homepage for long, you will get a lot of hits on it (not to mention google ranking). When you submit an article and it has less than 10 votes, it is in a critical stage. If any codeproject user votes negatively, it's ranking with dive and boom, it's forgotten...

Cheers,
Jonathan

Thanks for the compliment! I've been meaning to give MbUnit a twirl. I have a lot of NUnit tests, but I am sad that NUnit seems to have stalled while MbUnit is really innovating.

What do you have to say?
